Customers may claim for the return or exchange of their products within 24 hours after delivery due to being affected or damaged.

First of all, before packing those products we check those products, so there is no chance that you will get damaged or defective product. If there is any issue in your product, you are requested to make a video of the product with invoice and tracking no and send us. If there is any issue using the products then we are responsible to sort out your problem.

Please note that in case of lubes & lotions, cleaner sets as well as batteries cannot be returned anymore if opened once.

Normally the shipment of replacement products is disputed within 2 weeks.
